4. Changes to purposes of use
The Company will change a purpose of use only when the new purpose can reasonably be considered related to the original purpose. If a purpose changes, the Company will notify users by its prescribed method or publish the new purpose on this website.

6. Disclosure
When an individual requests disclosure of personal information, the Company will respond appropriately and promptly under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. If disclosure is refused, the Company will notify the individual without delay. In principle, information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.

If the findings establish that the request should be met, it will carry out Suspension without delay. It will promptly notify the user when it has done so or decided not to do so. If Suspension entails substantial cost or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures can protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take those alternative measures.
